Buying as a business?

If you’re purchasing a Sentinel bundle as a business, simply configure your bundle as usual and proceed to checkout. Enter your complete company and VAT details in the billing information.
When you place your order, your payment provider may temporarily authorize the full retail amount, including VAT. This is only an authorization — the final amount is determined before the payment is captured.
Our back office team will review the company and VAT information provided with your order. If your business details are successfully verified and the purchase qualifies for VAT-free treatment, we will capture only the net amount. The remaining authorized amount will not be charged.

Example:

Retail price including VAT: €1,200

Eligible business price excluding VAT: €1,000

Your payment method may initially show an authorization of €1,200. Once your business details have been verified, Sentinel will capture only €1,000.
If the company or VAT details cannot be verified, or the transaction does not qualify for VAT-free treatment, the applicable VAT will be charged.
