Bundle purchases are invoiced based on a proforma offer and must be settled in advance via bank transfer before shipping and activation. Subscriptions, on the other hand, are purchased online via the Sentinel webshop using standard credit or debit card options, depending on your region. Once a subscription included with a bundle expires, renewal can be made through the webshop to maintain uninterrupted service.

The equipment can be shipped directly to you or directly to your designated installer. If sent to the installer, they will have everything needed and arrive on the scheduled installation date.

Delivery begins once payment is confirmed. From that point, shipping can take up to 2 weeks, although most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
